Hi there! My name’s Alice, but pretty much everyone online calls me Zesha. I decided to make this website for… some reason. Mostly because I miss the nostalgia of Geocities, my friend Roxie has a Neocities, and I’d like to sort of learn a bit of HTML again. For now I’m using someone else’s work, but maybe I’ll actually learn how to make my own someday. We’ll see. For now, this is just a little pet project that will hopefully show my art and characters. What it will not be is a shrine to salt, unlike my first Geocities site. Look, I was like, 11 or 12 and I had a salt addiction. Leave me be.
About Me
You want to get to know me? Weird, but okay. I own two cats, my ESA Percy and my girl Tessa. I do live with a crazy cat lady, though; my nana. All of these cats were found outside and taken in. While I tried to convince her to find homes for these cats, nana gets attached easily and then doesn’t want to let them go, so if you see other cats in the pictures I may or may not post of Percy and Tessa, they’re not mine. Some of them definitely have decided they like me more though. Sally, in particular, wants my attention constantly. The only reason she’s not “helping” me type right now is because she’s asleep.
I am from the United States, and am turning 33 years old on April 21st. Don’t perceive my age. I am aware I am Old™, but seeing as I made my first website on Geocities the fact I’m ancient probably isn’t that much of a surprise. I believe I first got internet in 2004, and I used to run around on a site called Furcadia without really understanding what exactly a “furry” was. It was a fun time, met some great people there.
I also used to frequent a dog showing/breeding game called Furry-Paws. I’ve tried to get into it since, but honestly, can’t be bothered really. I haven’t been able to get into any of those types of sites in a long time. And of course, there was also the Golden Days of Proboards roleplay forums. Now most people roleplay over Discord (I do, too) and I must admit, it’s interesting to see how much things have changed from 2004 to now. I dread and also can’t wait to see what things will look like in another 10 years.

So, this is sort of meant to be a place for me to link to and possibly store my characters and stories. I don’t have many stories outside of roleplaying anymore, but I hope to change that with this site. But who knows! This place might become something altogether different at some point. We’ll just have to wait and see.
